「喜歡將熱水加入茶杯，等待茶泡開的那段時間，配著茶香的思緒會越來越安定。」

Pouring hot water into a teacup, I wait for the tea to steep. With the rising aroma, my thoughts gradually settle.

「手帳對於我來說是整理內心的工具，寫下一筆，心的窗戶就變得清透，如果隔了一陣子沒有寫，會感覺心裡的灰塵越積越多。」
