Features of the Jibun Techo DIARY
It is a notebook full of ways which fun and convenient to use for the whole year.
The Jibun Techo DIARY has a unique format to help you plan out your days, and provides a dedicated space to track or log various things whether it is your goals, food, health, reflections, etc.
Weekly Layout: Each week is presented across two pages in a vertical format, with hours marked from 0 to 24 for comprehensive daily planning. A unique sun-to-moon scale shows daytime and nighttime, giving you flexibility to plan from early morning to late night.
Flexible Spaces: Additional space on the left side allows you to jot down important events or tasks for the week, while customisable sections at the bottom let you track to-do lists, meals, and daily moods.
Thoughtful Details: Each day includes date, weather, and moon phases at the top of the column. Each page features light grey grids that are unobtrusive yet versatile. The layout encourages creativity, letting you add lists, mini-journals, or decorations with stickers and washi tapes.
Colourful tabs: The colour of the tabs changes every month, so you can have a fresh look each month.
Special paper developed for Jibun Techo: The planner uses THIN paper, specially developed for the JIBUN TECHO. Lightweight and low-show-through, it resists warping even when you rub out erasable ink.
Opens at a flat angle: Lay-flat binding makes all parts of the page equally easy to write on, enhancing usability and comfort.
Contents
Monthly schedule
The calendar block lets you see the whole month at a glance. For months that start in the middle of the week, the end of the previous month is also shown, making it easier to read. The calendar can be used until March of the following year.
Monthly project
You can see two months in a row, which is useful for project management. By writing in the subdivisions on the left-hand side, you can make your progress visible at a glance. You can also use this area to graph your weight, share prices, and so on.
Weekly schedule
Providing equal space for weekdays and weekends, this 24-hour vertical layout helps you keep track of your daily activities.
My dream of this year
It makes more sense to note down your goals for the year instead of month-by-month. The goals section is also subdivided, making it easier to think things through.
Book & movie list
Use this list to log books you want to read (or have read), movies you want to see (or have seen), and so on. Record your verdict with a face symbol, or jot down a brief review.
Gifts given/received
It’s all too easy to forget gifts received. Even if you resolve at the time to return the favor later, you’ll probably forget unless you write it down. You can also use this list to log gifts you've given.
Promise list
Verbal promises tend not to be kept. In the moment, you intend to keep them, but afterwards you simply forget. When you make a promise, get into the habit of writing it down straight away.
Looking back on this year
Here’s where you can summarise and reflect on everything you did and logged in your JIBUN_TECHO this year.
