Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship worldwide! We usually ship your order via International Small Packet (with tracking number) or EMS (if requested) by Pos Malaysia.
We could send your order to you via registered airmail (which is lower cost than registered small packet) if your order consists of paper products/ vintage tickets/ stickers/ vintage stamps only.

Q: How do I make payment for my order?
We accept payments via PayPal.
Alternatively, bank transfer option is available only for customer who is residing in Malaysia.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to make payment via PayPal?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You can make payment using your credit card safely via PayPal.
All orders are processed in MYR.
Q: When will I receive my order?
All orders are normally shipped out in 2-4 workings days (excluding weekends & public holidays and excluding the day you make the payment) after the payments have been done. After your order is dispatched, you could expect your items arrive in following time:
Local (Malaysia): 1- 3 working days
International (Registered Small Packet): 6 - 15 working days* ** ***
EMS/other express shipment: 3 - 5 working days
*The estimated time of delivery is applied to major cities only (depending on your location) and it depends how fast is the custom clearance in your country. It usually take around 2-3 weeks for international small packet/air parcel to arrive you.
**Sometime delivery of your parcel might be late due to custom clearance procedures or local post office. Please kindly contact your local post office or relevant authority in the first instance by telling them your tracking number. They will have more information regarding to where your delivery has got to. We will also try our best to help you regarding to this matter.
***According to Pos Office Malaysia, due to there is unknown problem at the Canada, Vancouver and Australia customs, please kindly take note that the shipping to the countries above could take longer than expected, which might be 2-3 months (it might vary, sometime within 3-4 weeks). If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please kindly contact us to upgrade your postage for express shipment (EMS or FedEX).

Q: How could I check my order status? How could I track my order?
You may check your order status at order status page, which you are able to find it at the order confirmation email. An email which consists of tracking number would be sent to you in a day time after your order is dispatched.
Please to note take the tracking number might take 1-2 working days to reflect the database as the tracking is not based on real-time basis.
